Efi Koudeli

Over the years, Efi has connected the dots between teams and projects, destinations and communities, gaining extensive hands-on expertise in destination management and the meetings industry. Currently, she serves as the Regional Director for Europe at ICCA, driving sustainable community growth through collaboration, innovation, and ecosystem stewardship. Efi’s experience includes roles at the Greek National Tourism Organisation, IATA in Spain, and the Athens Convention Bureau in Greece.
