Natalia Ortiz de Zarate Crespo

Degree in Economics & Law + Diploma in Tourism with extensive practical experience in the tourism field (consultancy, hotels, travel agencies and tourist offices). Since 2008, she is responsible for tourism at UNE, where she coordinates tourism standardization committees, including CTN-UNE 178/SC 5 Smart Tourism Destinations and ISO/TC 228 Tourism and Related Services, (+ 100 countries). Since 2020, she combines this activity with new responsibilities at the international relations department.
