Founder-Director of Sabor Barranquilla, since 2008, one of the most important gastronomic events in Colombia, which brings together the cooking and gastronomy sector for 4 days, around: commercial exhibition, restaurants, live cooking shows by professionals and traditional chefs, academic agenda.
In August, 2022, it gathered 32 chefs, 11 speakers, 116 exhibitors, 41 restaurants, 25,000 visitors.
The event benefits the local Red Cross´s social programs.
