What is the difference between the Gold Pass and the Silver Pass?

You can see the difference between the types of passes here. Additionally, in the congress agenda, you will be able to see which type of pass is required for each session.

Is there a live streaming broadcast?

Tourism Innovation Summit is a 100% in-person event, and the congress sessions will not be streamed online.

For attendees who have previously purchased a Gold Pass, we will offer the possibility to access the sessions on-demand in video format.

I'm having trouble starting the registration process.

Once you have entered the registration page for TIS visitors, you have to select your Pass Type and how many visitors you are going to register.

Then, you can start the process by clicking the “Next Step” button.

Do yo need a VISA?

It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require a VISA support letter to attend Tourism Innovation Summit, please request one via the registration system after you have completed your registration. Only with the purchase of a Gold or a Platinum pass you can receive your visa.

 

Please note that the issuance of the letter of invitation does not guarantee the approval of your Visa application by the relevant authorities. Visa processing and approval is subject to the decision of the respective consulate or embassy. In the event that your Visa application is not approved or you are unable to attend the event for any reason, the ticket purchase is non-refundable according to the general terms and conditions of sale. We will provide the requested invitation letter in accordance with your request, but we are not responsible for the results related to Visa approvals. You will receive the invitation letter enclosed in the registration confirmation email, following your express request via the pass purchase form.

 

I have a discount code, how do I register?

Tourism Innovation Summit is a professional event. Our supporters can offer exclusive discounts to their associate members. If you have a discount code, you have to go to the registration page for TIS visitors. There you will find an input box to type your code. By clicking the button “Apply Discount”, you will see how some type of pass is coloured in blue. This is the one you can choose as you type pass.

 

How do I know that I am correctly registered?

Once you have finished the registration process, you will see a Confirmation Message on your screen. In a few minutes, you will receive an email from TIS which is linked to your PDF pass.

If you don’t get our email, please, check your spam or junk email. After receiving the confirmation email, please add us to your contact list, so you will receive important communications about your visit to Tourism Innovation Summit.

I need an invoice

Your invoice will be generated automatically after finishing the purchasing process. You can download it from the email you will receive after confirming the payment.

The registration page doesn't load

Some companies have networks that block access to Tourism Innovation Summit platform. Please, try to visit the registration page for TIS visitors through another browser or using your mobile device.

If the problem persists, please, contact us at registration@tisglobalsummit.com or try it after a while.

My tax identification number is incorrect

Please make sure to enter the correct Company Name associated with the tax identification number (CIF) you are providing.

For individuals and self-employed individuals, you should enter your ID number (including the letter).

Try to get us all the details about the problems you are experiencing. Any additional information will help us to solve it (for example, which browser are you using, what error message have you received or even some screenshots).

I have already registered, what do I need to access the event?

You will receive a link to download your final pass in PDF format by email. You must print this pass in colour. At your arrival at TIS, we will provide you with a lanyard and a pass holder so that you can carry your badge visible during your visit. Please, remember that exhibitors may ask you to scan your pass with contactless technology to save your interest in their services and solutions.

I have registered as press, but I haven't received my pass

Once you finish the press registration process, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your registration is pending validation. This is because we have to check that everyone registering as press does actually work in Media or in communications. Once the registration is validated, you will receive a second email with your pass.

Notice that the validation process may take a few days or weeks, depending on the proximity of the event. In the previous days of the celebration of the event, the validation process may take a few hours; but a couple of months before the event, the validation may take some weeks to be done.

I’m a student and I want to attend

We have a student pass that gives you access on the last day of the event.

It will have to be your school that manages all the passes and accepts the terms and conditions of our event and the Student Pass.

I have a Bronze Pass. How do I access to the streaming platform?

If you have bought a Bronze Pass to watch TIS conferences on our video-on-demand platform, you will receive an e-mail once you have finished the registration process. In that email, you will find a personalized user and password and a link to our TIS Video-On-Demand Platform. You only have to log in and you will watch all the conferences of our Tourism Innovation Global Summit from home.

Where can I find the exhibitors list?

TIS2023 exhibitors list will be at your disposal from our web and mobile APP a few weeks before the event starts.

What services does the venue offer during TIS celebration?

All TIS visitors, exhibitors and speakers have a free cloakroom service.

TIS offers you a mobile app. There you will find the exhibitors list, all the congress program, the speakers list and all the information about the event.
