Daniel is an environmental biologist who develops practical solutions for animal welfare and biodiversity challenges. Over 20 years, he has worked with governments and the tourism sector to embed safeguards into legislation and tourism systems. As co-founder of ANIMONDIAL, he co-authored the Nature Positive Tourism White Paper, developed the NATOUR IMPACT assessment tool, and created the Biodiversity Literacy for Tourism programme.
