Dr. Sergio Moreno Gil, Director of the TIDES Institute (ULPGC) and Co-Director of the UNESCO Chair in Tourism Planning, is founder and PI of EmoturLAB and Spain/Canarias Living Lab. Professor of Marketing with 100+ publications, he specializes in tourism marketing, neurotourism, and sustainability. He leads EU projects like Euroemotur and has worked with UNESCO, UNDP, WWF, and the EU. Former Deputy Minister of Tourism for the Canary Islands.
