My name is Teresa de Pablo. I started in hospitality at 16, working at a hotel reception in 1998—when shift plans were in Word and repairs tracked in Excel. I loved it. After studying Tourism and a Master’s in Innovation in Salzburg, I joined international hotel chains and discovered hotelkit. Since then, my mission has been to simplify daily hotel work and help teams collaborate better through smart, human-centered innovation. I want to stop people from working like in the 90s.
