Dr Xavier Font is professor of Sustainability Marketing at the University of Surrey. He has published and consulted widely about different aspects of sustainable tourism production and consumption: certification, product development, marketing and communication, and policies and governance. He is currently serving as independent advisor in the Travalyst coalition. Recently he conducted the stakeholder consultation for the European Commission’s Tourism Transition Pathway.
