The pandemic has accelerated the need for the hospitality sector to go digital. In the coming months, we will see more and more hotels with virtual receptions, home automation in the rooms, or self-service boxes in the hotel restaurants.
New technology is increasingly integrated into the sector, so it is essential to be up to date with the latest developments to be a leading company in the sector. At Hospitality Tech Forum we are going to talk about hospitality from the point of view of sustainability, inclusivity and diversity, how to recover the tourists’ trust and, of course, digital transformation so we can reactivate the industry.
