The recovery of business travel has been faster and more active than other specializations and the objective of the sector is to increasingly meet the required sustainability criteria, as well as the challenge of revaluing the professionalism of the sector in order to retain talent. Companies emphasize incentive travel and congresses because of the value they have for their clients and for their own staff, and in all these segments we must have a great relationship with the service providers in the value chain. We have to analyze the possible future threats and focus on digitalization and sustainability, as well as the new demands of customers.
