As people are becoming increasingly aware of Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), the travel and hospitality industry also recognizes the need to reflect this in the way it operates, from building trusting and respectful relationships with guests to empowering professionals, attracting and retaining talent. There is need for transformation, for true commitment,  to make diversity part of the common vision that benefits all, the company, its stakeholders and employees, to drive loyalty and growth and generate higher financial returns than their competitors. Our industry still has a long way to go in becoming a truly diverse, equitable and inclusive space so this panel will discuss best practices and give advice how to build a corporate culture that embraces real diversity and banishes discrimination.
