Daniel Martínez Junquera

General Manager of Visita Gijón, the tourism department of the City of Gijón/Xixón since June 2020, has extensive experience in the tourism sector. Prior to assume this responsibility, he worked as hotel GM at Abba Hotels chain since 2012. Additionally, he held the position of President of the MICE Tourism Club of the Principality of Asturias from 2017 to 2020. He hold a degree in Tourism from the Jovellanos University and has over twelve years of experience in the national and international tourism industry.
