With a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, training in economic and financial matters, expert in Non-Violent Communication and currently enrolled in a master’s degree in Philosophy for Contemporary Challenges at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, she has more than 20 years of experience in the tourism sector. She has managed several administration, accounting and finance departments in different companies in the sector, initially in a multinational cruise company with an office in Madrid and later in a digital travel start-up.
For the last 4 years she has been CEO of Rusticae, Spain’s leading company in charming accommodation since its establishment in 1996, currently immersed in a transforming model and building an international chain of independent hotels. They have more than 300 accommodations that they position in the market within the prestigious brand and also advise them on their marketing, distribution and commitment to sustainable.
