Sarah Schwartz

Sarah is a dual (US and Spain) qualified and trained M&A and Venture Capital lawyer located in Madrid. Many of Sarah’s clients are Spanish start-ups that want to internationalize or American funds or corporates that wish to invest in Spain. Sarah advises companies in the travel industry and worked during seven years on M&A and Venture Capital projects in Amadeus IT Group. Sarah also advises other clients in other industries such as mobility, smart cities, education, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, restaurants, etc.

Sarah is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and Illinois Bar Association and Co-Chair of the International M&A Joint Venture Committee of the American Bar Association. She is also a professor of EU Contract Law at Universidad de Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid.
