Gustavo Garcia

Gustavo García is a Computer Systems Engineer from the Universidad de Monterrey and holds a Master’s Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Universitat de Barcelona. He currently serves as President of Skye Group, winner of the National Technology and Innovation Award for being one of the most innovative companies in Mexico, an award presented by the President of Mexico. His achievements include being an investor in nine startups, being the Vice President of Innovation of the Nuevo Leon Software Cluster, being the worldwide success story of Microsoft for its mixed reality platform for hospitals, as well as performing the first surgery assisted with augmented reality and the first remote Holosurgery in Mexico and Africa. He is currently the winner of the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2022 in Mexico in the category of Emerging Entrepreneurship.
