Mustafa Işık

He was born in 1971 in Yusufeli district of Artvin. After completing primary school at Gürsu Atatürk Primary School, he graduated from Nilüfer Vocational School. He started his business life with the company “Işık Furniture Decoration”, which he founded in 1994. Mustafa Işık, who took part in the management of the AK Party Gürsu District Organization as a Founding Member in 2002, served as the Head of Social Affairs in the District Organization between 2002 and 2014, and also as the Head of Election Coordination between 2010 and 2013. He was elected as Gürsu Municipal Council Member and Metropolitan Municipal Council Member in the March 2014 elections. He has been serving as Mayor of Gürsu since June 1, 2015.
