Sara Yian Zhu

Sara is currently the manager of China and India at LALIGA. Based in Madrid where she leverages her experience in the sports industry and knowledge of the markets managing the teams to grow the league’s business and brand value in the regions.
Having spent five years in LALIGA’s Shanghai office, Sara’s role was to amplify the LALIGA’s presence in China, executing projects to bolster LaLiga’s visibility in the territory.
An alumna of Columbia University, Sara holds a B.A in Economics and Political Science. Currently, she is furthering her expertise as an MBA candidate specializing in Sports and Entertainment at LALIGA Business School.
