Sonia joined Mabrian Technologies as Customer Success & Insights Director with the aim of supporting DMOs and travel companies to transform data into knowledge to make data driven strategic and operational decisions. Her role is also to enhance client experience and enable a qualitative leap in the continuous improvement process of Mabrian’s platform, transforming it into the best travel intelligence tool on the market.

Sonia’s background is key to reach these objectives: over 10 years of experience in tourism management and marketing, particularly for destinations and 20 years of accumulated experience in marketing, sales and project management. Before joining Mabrian’s team, Sonia was Head of Destination Marketing in THR consulting firm, specialised in tourism.
