Design thinking and conversation: a different way to face challenges

We will divide the session into two parts. The first part is an introduction to creative methodologies such as Design Thinking, which allow us to respond to complex problems through simple solutions. In this first part, we will share some key tools to address the challenges that surround tourism. The second part of the session will be approached through a dynamic in which we will be able to establish a conversation around the main challenges of tourism. Knowing and sharing different approaches will make us see that our individual vision on the subject is not the only one that exists and we will work from this place on the need to broaden our view and know how to look beyond. Listening to explore possibilities.
The session will be guided and facilitated by us through some basic rules that will help us.
